We are able to conduct our online sessions by using your smartphone audio/video functions, your laptop, computer, or tablet. We see and hear one another as we speak. Our communications will remain secure and HIPAA compliant.

Yes, we are still be able to do regular talk therapy, couples work, Brainspotting, and EMDR. As we get into a rhythm working together, it starts to feel similar to sessions in the office. A bonus is you will not have to leave home – or the office – and may be able to curl up in your favorite chair for our sessions.

Yes. If you have access to the internet and an email address, you can connect directly to my virtual waiting room. If you’d prefer to talk via telephone, rather than online, that’s also an option.
